Warranty Policy

RaionGroup.com (“Raion Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this limited warranty to customers who purchase eligible products directly from www.raiongroup.com, in accordance with our company’s Terms and Conditions.

This limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use and service. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided unless required by law.

Warranty Coverage

Raion Group warrants that Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries purchased directly from www.raiongroup.com will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If a product is determined by Raion Group to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, replace it with an identical item or a comparable product of equal value.

All replacements are subject to the original warranty term, which will continue from the original purchase date and will not be extended or renewed.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to failures caused by manufacturing defects. It does not cover issues resulting from, or related to, improper handling, misuse, or external factors.

The warranty is void and will not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. Improper Use or Application: Using the product outside its intended design, specifications, or approved applications.

  2. Improper Charging, Overcharging, or Over-Discharging:

    • Failure caused by overcharging, which may result in swelling or bloating of the battery.

    • Failure caused by over-discharging, where the battery is drained below the minimum safe operating voltage and not recharged promptly, resulting in permanent capacity loss or inability to recharge.

  3. Neglect or Improper Storage: Storing the battery in a discharged state, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to maintain the recommended charge level during storage.

  4. Physical or Impact Damage: Including punctures, cracks, melted terminals, deformation, or exposure to fire, freezing, or other environmental hazards.

  5. Short Circuits or Electrical Damage: Any damage caused by improper wiring, external circuits, or connected devices.

  6. Shipping Damage: Physical damage sustained during shipment must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos showing the damage, visible product branding, and original shipping materials.

  7. Product Modifications or Alterations: Any modification, tampering, or disassembly immediately voids the warranty.

  8. Exported Items: Products exported outside the United States are not covered under this warranty.

  9. Incomplete Warranty Process: Any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request that is not completed voids the warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from www.raiongroup.com.

Third-Party and Marketplace Purchases

This limited warranty applies exclusively to purchases made on www.raiongroup.com.

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other resellers) are subject to the warranty policy advertised by that specific seller. Raion Group is not responsible for warranty claims, replacements, or support for items purchased outside of www.raiongroup.com.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please contact us through www.raiongroup.com and provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number and purchase date);

  • Product model and serial number (if applicable); and

  • Voltage readings from a multimeter, if requested.

Raion Group reserves the right to inspect and test any returned battery to determine whether the failure was caused by a manufacturing defect.

If the product is found to be free of manufacturing defects or the failure is determined to be caused by any excluded condition described above (including overcharging or over-discharging), the claim will be denied, and the item will not be replaced. The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Shipping and Return Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning products for warranty evaluation and receiving replacements.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Raion Group is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping to our facility. We strongly recommend using original or equivalent packaging and purchasing shipping insurance.

Reservation of Rights

Raion Group reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

All warranty determinations made by Raion Group are final.
